Blue Star Thistle

Thistle (Eryngium), affectionately known as Sea Holly, is often favoured by brides with Scottish roots and lovers of long-lasting flowers.  Known for symbolising independence and attraction, it works wonderfully as a single variety flower as well as combined alongside other blooms in a vase.
